The location offered was best possible and peaceful just off the city center as well as Dinkelsbühl. The staff were all attentive and pleasant. Had a sensational breakfast.

The location of this hotel couldn’t be better, right in the middle of the stunning little town. The charming character of the hotel adds to the overall experience, with a creaky little staircase and a lift for convenience. The outdoor seating area is a great spot to relax. Liked the charm and location of the hotel for our xmas holiday. the view from our room was breath, taking and added to the festive ambiance of the area. the staff was very helpful and friendly, making our stay memorable. the breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options to start our day.

Disliked the lack of attention from staff during check, in and check, out. We had to wait for more than 20 minutes with our luggage, and no one seemed to care.
